Traveling Raconteur

Hola! Hope you're smiling :)

The new little birdies
are just opening their eyes to the world on Day 2.

Pink bodied with sparse yellow hair,
a distinct grey head with long blunt beaks,
they seem to be shaking uncontrollably
and slip out of the mother’s wings occasionally.

They’re no more than 7 inches long
and must weigh around 20 gm each.
Gorgeous little beings
are attracting the attention of hundreds of pigeons
that are flying over our balcony showering blessings.
Balcony smells weird but we know it’s a sign of birth,
so no problem!

Fighting An Additction

Not One MoreSeptember 12th, 2014
Addiction is a curse one allows upon one's self until it ceases to seek permission. I do not like the idea of a mind controlled by substance. If I can refrain for 30 days, I'd be very impressed with myself.
